3. Enterprise App Compliance (Apple Requirements)
✔ Internal Use Only: Apps distributed via our Apple Enterprise Program are only for employees of ANZIL SOFTWARES LLC.
❌ No Public Distribution: Reselling or sideloading apps violates Apple’s rules and will result in account termination.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree not to:
🚫 Reverse-engineer our software.
🚫 Use services for illegal activities (spam, fraud).
🚫 Share Apple Enterprise certificates with third parties.
5. Payments & Refunds
💵 Fees: Paid upfront for domains, SMS credits, and custom software.
↩ Refunds:
- Domains/hosting: Non-refundable (once registered).
- Software development: 50% refund if canceled before delivery.
- Bulk SMS/Skiza: No refunds after purchase.
6. Intellectual Property
📜 We own: Code, designs, and trademarks for our software/services.
📜 You own: Data/content you provide (e.g., app requirements).
7. Limitation of Liability
⚠ We’re not liable for:
- Third-party service outages (e.g., AWS downtime).
- Data loss due to user negligence.
8. Termination
We may suspend accounts for:
🔴 Payment defaults.
🔴 Violating Apple’s Enterprise Program policies.
9. Governing Law
⚖ Jurisdiction: Disputes resolved in Kentucky, USA.
